“I’m trying to do the right things. But am I doing enough?”

Maybe your diagnosis caught you off guard. You eat well, stay active, and thought you were taking care of yourself.

Or maybe you’ve been working on your bone health for years—taking supplements, getting scans, and hoping your efforts are helping.

But you still wonder:

Why am I losing bone? How does menopause fit into this? What should I eat? Which supplements make sense? Can I safely keep doing the activities I love?

Being told to “take calcium and lift weights” leaves a lot for you to figure out.

Bone Health Plus helps you connect the dots, understand your choices, and decide where to focus.

There’s more to bone health than calcium.

Your bones are part of a bigger picture.

What you eat matters. So does how well you digest and absorb it. Hormonal changes, blood sugar balance, sleep, stress, and movement all deserve attention.

Inside Bone Health Plus, you’ll learn how these pieces relate to bone health, what you can work on in daily life, and what deserves a conversation with your healthcare team.

Understand your bones—and your results.

Learn the foundations of bone health, make sense of scan results, and understand how to follow changes over time.

Explore what may be contributing to bone loss.

Look beyond the usual advice to understand possible underlying factors, including hormonal changes, and prepare better questions for your providers.

Nourish your body with purpose.

Learn how protein, calcium, and other nutrients fit into everyday meals—and why digestion and blood sugar balance belong in the conversation.

Build habits that support your health.

Understand how sleep and stress fit into the bigger picture, with practical ways to give them attention in real life.

Move toward strength and confidence.

Learn about strength training, appropriate bone loading, balance, and fall prevention so you can make more informed decisions about staying active.

Make thoughtful supplement choices.

Understand which supplements may be worth considering and why your individual needs matter.

Bring it all together by identifying your priorities and choosing manageable next steps.

More than information. Tools to help you use it.

Your enrollment includes:

  • Online course lessons that connect the nutrition and lifestyle foundations of bone health.

  • Assessments to help you reflect on your habits and recognize areas worth exploring.

  • Trackers to help you stay engaged and follow your efforts over time.

  • Downloadable resources to reference as you put what you learn into practice.

Content is released over time, giving you room to learn and apply it without trying to change everything at once.

Start where you are. Build your understanding. Take your next step.
